Cutout logos are made from Vector files.
That is a smooth line that can be adjusted infinity without getting pixels raster.
If you are not familiar with this it’s best not to try, it will most likely end up needing to be corrected.
Let us do this for you.
These are saved as .eps or .pdf
[please note that just saving your picture in .eps does not make it vector]
Prints are made from photos or graphic designs.
They need to be large and high resolutions.
CMYK is the standard printing works with, so please make your art in CMYK from start.
150-300 ppi&dpi is a good resolution.
And remember to make the image at least as large as your drumhead.
Important; we need 2″ extra outside the actual design the size to work with.
These are saved in .tiff or .psd [If you have layers please include these.]

Prints:
These are the typ we use mostly, 90% of all are prints
Full head print in multiple colors starts at 1000:- SEK
Thats is if the artwork is complete in its full and correct format.
If we need to add brand logos in custom colors or adjust etc we add a few hundred for artwork.
This is a extremely thin vinyl film thats carries the ink mounted on the head.
Cutout prints:
Same as Prints but they are cutout in shape wanted and mounted on desired head.
Staring from 1200:- if artwork is proper with vector lines for cuts.
Cutout logos like:
Yamaha, Gretsch, Tama, Vic Firth, Zildjian in a standard size, about 20cm wide, in black or white, cost about 200:- SEK including shipping. We have all the common logos in stock or will get them unless it’s very rare.
It’s a vinyl decal cutout and comes with mounting film and adhesive protector. These you can mount yourself if you are a little handy, but we recommend let us do it along with purchase of your new head. Vintage shield with initials from 500:-
Holes and O-rings:
We have our own 4″ and 5″ o-rings with a thin desecrate edge compared to standard rings.
It’s a 1mm thick special clear vinyl.
These come in any color you like for a small add on. Standard colors are Black, White, Clear.
We usually mount the hidden on the inside of the head to not take any visual attention but stil provide the best protection.
These cost 150:- SEK mounted and cut and sanded on your head.
Other models upon request.
We gladly help you to design what you want.
There are a lot of customers throwing ideas back and forth and we come up with something unique.
It can be materials or digital designs, only the physics are the limit.
This service cost 800:-/hour. and it normally takes 2-4 hours.
